Early registration and welcome reception 

2nd October, 18.45

Venue: Locarno Suite, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, King Charles Street

 

The Foreign & Commonwealth Office will host an evening reception in its Locarno Suite. Welcome remarks delivered by The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, The Right Honourable Lord Burnett of Maldon will mark the official opening of the conference. This will be followed by a drinks reception.

Those attending will be invited to complete their conference registration.

Note: if you cannot join the reception, there will be another opportunity to register at the conference venue on the morning of Day 1.

Engaging with the Supreme Court on International Law

3rd October, 18.15 – 19.15 (followed by a reception)

Venue: The Supreme Court, Parliament Square, London SW1P 3BD

 

As part of its 10th Anniversary celebrations, and in keeping with the conference theme, the Supreme Court welcomes conference participants to the Court to engage with it on international law. Those attending will be invited to join a session delivered by its Justices, and to exchange dialogue on important topics of international law. A full schedule will be released closer to the conference date.
