Irina Schoulgin Nyoni
Having worked with mainly peace and security as well as human rights and democracy in both multilateral and bilateral postings for the Swedish MFA and the UN, I am dedicated to international relations and believe my experience, engagement and curiousity build the trust necessary to succeed in negotiations and get results. I have represented Sweden in the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva and in the UN Security Council as well as General Assembly in New York. I have served at Swedish embassies in Luanda, Brasilia, Harare, Monrovia and Maputo. I have also worked in two UN peacekeeping missions in Liberia and Ivory Coast.
