Kaja Ciglic
Kaja Ciglic is Senior Director for Cybersecurity Policy and Diplomacy (CPD) at Microsoft, where she leads engagement with governments, international organisations, and key stakeholders on cybersecurity, cyber resilience, AI security, and digital policy issues. In this role, she works across Microsoft’s policy, legal, security, and engineering teams to advance public-private partnerships, strengthen collective cyber defence, and support the development of trusted and interoperable cybersecurity frameworks worldwide. Based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Kaja is a recognised leader in cyber diplomacy and international technology policy, with extensive experience working at the intersection of government, security, and emerging technologies.
