Prof Juan José Ruda Santolaria
Juan José Ruda Santolaria is Professor of International Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a member of the United Nations International Law Commission. He has also served as Co-Chair of the Study Group on Sea-Level Rise in Relation to International Law, alongside Professor Nilufer Oral.
