Professor Katja Ziegler, Sir Robert Jennings Professor of International Law; Co-Director, Centre for European Law and Internationalisation, University of Leicester
Visiting Research Fellow at the Institute of European and Comparative Law at the University of Oxford.
Qualified Rechtsanwältin (Barrister-Solicitor) and Member of the Bar of Düsseldorf, Germany.
Before joining the University of Leicester, Katja was Lecturer, and from 2008 Reader in European and Comparative Law and Fellow in Law of St Hilda’s College at the University of Oxford (2002-12) and Lecturer at the University of Bielefeld, Germany (1995-2001).
She also practiced law in the Brussels office of the international law firm Hengeler Mueller (2001-2002).
