Samarth Patel

Samarth Patel is an assistant legal adviser at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, with a portfolio covering the Asia-Pacific region and experience advising across a range of administrative and public international law matters.  Prior to working in government, Samarth was a senior lawyer in the Office of Amal Clooney and practised at the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.  He is a graduate of Columbia University and the University of Cambridge.
