Standard Delegate Fees 

Undergraduate Student Rate: £55.00

Academic/Government/Not for Profit rate: £295.00

Professional Rate: £495.00

Delegate fees cover both days of this two day conference, refreshments and lunch on each day. They do not include VAT which will be added at the current VAT rate at checkout.

Online registration options:

In order to make this year’s conference as inclusive as possible we have introduced a range of online participation options for the first time. We would paticularly like to draw your attention to the institutional licence option which allows an organisation to send a delegate to the conference whilst also providing online access to an unlimited number of staff and/or students.

Institutional Licence: £485
(Allows an organisation to stream the main conference room to an unlimited number of staff and/or students, with post-event on demand access to breakout sessions and all recorded presentations. Also includes one delegate place to attend the conference in person)

Individual online delegate: £240
(Access to a live stream of the main conference room with post-event on demand access to all plenary and breakout sessions)

Individual academic online delegate: £89
(Access to a live stream of the main conference room with post-event on demand access to breakout sessions and all recorded presentations)

On demand only: £150
(Post-event on demand access to all plenary and breakout sessions)

Conference Dinner

Dinner tickets cost £120 per head (including VAT) and include:

  • Pre-dinner reception
  • 3 course dinner
  • Wine
  • Coffee and truffles

The dinner will begin with a drinks reception at 19.30 with dinner served at 20.00.
