Martins Paparinskis

Martins Paparinskis is Professor of Public International Law at University College London, which he joined in 2013. He is a member of the International Law Commission and was the Chairperson of its Drafting Committee in 2023. Professor Paparinskis is also a member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the OSCE Court of Conciliation and Arbitration, and the Scientific Committee of the European Union’s Fundamental Rights Agency, and has appeared before the International Court of Justice and the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea.
