Fedelma C Smith

Fedelma C. Smith is an international lawyer based in Vienna. She has extensive dispute resolution experience in public international law, investment treaty, and commercial contract cases. Fedelma qualified as a barrister in England and Wales before serving as (Senior) Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague from 2011 to 2023. Her experience at the PCA includes administering a number of investor-state and other significant disputes, as well as supporting the PCA Secretary-General in tribunal appointment and challenge procedures.
